Presents to participants a model of organizational performance and culture that results to a high performing organization;
Articulates what the employees role in this organizational culture and how they can align, in synch and contribute to the bigger picture;
Facilitates the participants in discovering or distilling (or renewing if already available) their own personal & professional mission, vision and core values statements and how these connects with that of the organization’s; and
