THE NEEDS FOR HUGS
" We need four hugs a day for survival.
We need eight hugs a day maintenance.
We need twelve hugs a day growth. "
– Virginia Satir

LOVE LANGUAGES
Loving the Beloved
The 5 Love Languages, popularized by Gary Chapman, describe five common ways people express and experience love. Understanding these can improve your relationships:
Words of Affirmation: Expressing love through verbal compliments, praise, or words of encouragement. Hearing "I love you" or "I appreciate you" can be very meaningful to someone with this love language.

Quality Time: Giving undivided attention to your loved one. This could involve going on dates, having meaningful conversations, or simply spending time together without distractions.

Acts of Service: Showing love by doing helpful things for your partner. This could be anything from doing chores to running errands, as long as it's done with a loving attitude.

Receiving Gifts: Giving or receiving thoughtful gifts. It's not about the monetary value, but the thought and effort behind the gift that matters most.

Physical Touch: Expressing love through physical affection, such as holding hands, hugging, kissing, or cuddling.
